• Condition: Products must be unused or minimally used (e.g., less than 25% of the product consumed or used) and returned in their original packaging.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning the product.
  3. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect.

Exceptions
